Notably, he established a globally renowned furniture manufacturing business from the ground up. Following a triumphant tenure as the CEO of another furniture manufacturing company, James transitioned to become a Regional Director for M&A firms in both Chicago and Dallas. In 2000, he founded his advisory company, showcasing a proven track record of success and strategic leadership.

Beyond personal pursuits, James actively participates in events alongside his son, daughter, and colleagues. His son serves as a firefighter paramedic in Chula Vista, CA, while his daughter is on track to complete her Master's Degree in architecture at UCLA by 2025.
